During the Christkindlesmarkt and on individual event days: departure from Hallplatz - Please note that these are our regular departure points. These may be altered due to events, roadworks, etc. Find information about exceptions and variations on our homepage, updated on a daily basis.
- No, our train has only has one authorised stop. It is not possible to get on or off the train at any other point.
- A round trip takes 40 - 45 minutes, depending on traffic.
- The online ticket is only valid for the booked departure time on the booked departure day.
- Our trains run on scheduled services and therefore cannot wait for delayed passengers. We usually depart on time. If the booked journey is not joined or missed, the tickets expire. In this case, please talk to our colleagues at the sales stand. If there are still enough seats available on a subsequent train, you might be able to take the round trip later as a gesture of goodwill.

- The seats are not numbered and therefore cannot be reserved next to each other. We recommend that you arrive at the departure point in good time (at least 15 minutes before departure) in order to choose from a major number of seats (still) available.
- Yes, dogs are welcome and will travel with you as long as they do not take up any space. They would either have to sit on your lap or lie under the bench.
- It is not possible to take strollers or walkers on board. For the duration of the round trip/train ride you can deposit them at the sales stand or leave them locked at the departure point.

The train does not have air conditioning. However, you have the option of opening the windows all round during the ride. If you consider the temperature to be too hot, please contact our ticket sales staff before departure, return your tickets and you will be refunded the fare paid.

During the cold season, the waggons are heated.
- No, we ask for your understanding.
- If you have limited mobility, you are welcome to leave your wheelchair with us at the sales stand during the tour. Our staff will be happy to help you get in and out. In this case, you do not need to book a wheelchair space.
If you are not able to leave your wheelchair, we can offer you a separate wheelchair space. This is only possible if it is not a heavy electric wheelchair. To book this wheelchair space, simply send us an e-mail to info@city-tour.info, as only one space is available per tour and 2 benches must be removed for this and therefore they have to be kept free in advance.

Online tickets can be purchased on our website using MasterCard or VisaCard. Tickets are also available on site at our sales stand at the train stop and can be paid in cash or by debit or credit card. Payment by PayPal is currently not possible.
Individual tickets can be rebooked to another time / date free of charge up to 24 hours before departure during our office opening hours - subject to availability. Rebooking is possible by telephone or email.
- You will receive the original tickets with the corresponding coffee voucher directly at the departure point before your journey. To do this, show the QR code (printed out or on your smartphone) at the sales stand.
- Please do not board the train before checking in at the sales stand and receiving your original tickets.
- Reservations for groups of 20 people or more can be made by telephone or email, stating your address and mobile phone number. If payment is made on site, only the actual number of participants will be charged.

Group tickets can be paid directly to the ticket seller on site before departure in cash or by debit or credit card. Payment on account for group tickets is also possible in principle. However, this is only possible against prepayment and no changes can be made to the number of persons once the invoice has been issued. You will receive the invoice approx. 14 days before the journey after the number of persons has been settled. A credit note for unused tickets is not possible.
- No, our train can only travel the route authorised by the City. Deviations are not permitted!
- No, it is not possible to play your own texts or announcements.

Children under the age of 2 travel free of charge on their parents' lap as long as they do not require their own seat.

We do not offer a discount for senior citizens, students, guests with diasabilities or persons with a social pass.

Gift vouchers can only be purchased online on our homepage. They will be sent by post after receipt of the order (shipping only possible within Germany).
These vouchers can be redeemed at all our locations - subject to availability.
If you would like to give a gift voucher for a specific day or tour, we'd rather recommend that you book an online ticket for this particular tour and give it as a gift.
