We recommend booking tickets for your preferred date in advance. Payment is by credit card. The pre-sale fee for online tickets is 1.00 € for adults and 0.50 € for children. There is no advance booking fee for group tickets.
Immediately after booking, you will receive your tickets as a pdf file per e-mail. You will receive the original tickets with the corresponding coffee voucher directly at the departure point before your journey. To do this, show the QR code (printed out or on your smartphone) at the sales stand.
Online tickets are non-refundable.
Free choice of seats, reservation of contiguous seats in advance is not possible.
If you use a wheelchair, our driver and ticket vendor on site will gladly assist you in moving onto our train. If you are not able to leave your wheelchair, please do not buy an online ticket, but contact our reservations team by phone or email at least two days before the planned round trip so that we can reserve a wheelchair space for you.
Booking online tickets is possible up to 30 minutes before the tour.
In the short term, you will receive tickets directly from the seller at the departure point.
